The University of Tuscia, a leader institution in promoting gender equality, is proud to invite you  to the concluding event of the Gender Equality Plan UNITUS 2021-2024: Women Minding Their  Own Business: Women, Respect, Equity.

This international conference, held on May 7th and 8th 2025 in the beautiful setting of Santa  Maria in Gradi in Viterbo, represents a unique opportunity to celebrate the progress made and  chart new paths towards a more equitable and inclusive future.

A program rich in inspiration and discussion

During the two days of the event, we will have the privilege of hearing from authoritative voices  from both Italian and international academic, institutional, economic, sports, and associative  worlds. Experts, professionals, and prominent figures will share their experiences, offering  insights and concrete strategies to support women in achieving their full potential, in every area  of life.

Following this, Annalisa Minetti, Ambassador of Side by  Side for Inclusion and the Valorisation of Uniqueness, will honour us with her presence as  ambassador of the event.

An event not to be missed

Women Minding Their Own Business is an extraordinary opportunity to connect with leaders,  experts, and activists committed to promoting female empowerment. An occasion to celebrate

successes, address the challenges that still lie ahead, and together build a better future for younger generations.
